Start The Process

Begin Your Mediation with Clarity and Structure

Starting mediation is straightforward, but it does require both parties to participate and take a few key steps. This page outlines the process from initial agreement to your first session.

If you’re separating, co-parenting, or resolving legal matters outside of court, mediation can provide a respectful and neutral space to reach a clear and practical agreement.

Note: The Quebec government covers up to 5 hours of mediation (5 hours if you have children, 3 hours if you don’t).
